Om HaHaHa Vismaye Svaha is a mantra of Ksitigarbha (地藏王菩薩心咒), and it used for eliminating negative karma.
Ksitigarbha is a Bodhisattva worshiped in East Asian Buddhism, especially China. He is known by the prayer of salvation of all sentient beings in the six realms of samsara in the period after Sakyamuni Buddha entered Nirvana until the birth of the Maitreya Bodhisattva, and vowed not to attain Buddhahood if hell is not yet empty.
Therefore, Ksitigarbha is often seen as the Bodhisattva of the living beings in the hell. In Japanese culture, Ksitigarbha is a Bodhisattva protection spirit of the children or premature fetus.
